A Women’s Wishlist is a collaboration consisting of a photo series and short interviews with multiple local women creatives. Putting a spin on the shopping wishlist, I curated a list of women in fashion and art, and asked them what their wish for the future of being female is. In honour of International Women’s Month this year, A Women’s Wishlist is a celebration of female creativity and entrepreneurship. It’s about more than the items we wear and want, but the future that women are building through business. Supporting female-run businesses is just one way we can empower women EVERY day, all year long. 💪💜

“Wardrobe stylist/ maker of things pretty/weird/pretty weird”, Erin Simon, started their statement jewellery line to express themselves. Their latest collection, ‘Texts to myself’ is about shedding their anxiety and finding “the love I have for myself that my anxiety so easily crushes and destroys.”

My Women’s Month wish is that every human that identifies as a women feels loved, strong and worthy of living. I wish they have the power within themselves to shine and find success in this wild world – whatever that may look like for them.

My business mission, in terms of my jewellery is to express my emotions through making . [It’s about] reminding myself that I am strong, worthy and lovable.
